Derek Ginger
Derek is a computer industry veteran who has held many roles in a wide-ranging career. His responsibilities have included field engineering and management on large-scale mainframes, international sales management for a large OEM computer equipment manufacturer, and product management for a disk-drive manufacturer.
Derek joined Tandem as a founding member of its Product Management Group in 1984 as disk product manager eventually achieving the position of manager of Systems product management. His current duties include field marketing and support for the Americas.
Derek is an avid marathon runner and HO scale railroad modeler.
